Outings and Activities for Young People

The Maison Bonheur Association is dedicated to fostering the personal and professional development of young girls and boys engaged in culinary training by regularly organizing outings and integration days. These activities are designed to strengthen group cohesion while providing participants with an enriching experience outside of their usual environment.

Each outing has a theme and takes place in various locations, ranging from picturesque villages nestled in the mountains to charming coastal towns. These days allow young people to discover new environments, deepen their culinary skills by drawing inspiration from local traditions, and build strong bonds with their peers. Maison Bonheur’s approach, focused on sharing and discovery, contributes to developing self-confidence and a sense of community among these young talents.

Culinary Day with Professional Chefs

Each year, young people in culinary training supported by the Maison Bonheur Association have the honor of participating in an exceptional culinary day organized by the Disciples Escoffier organization in Morocco. This event, held in Casablanca and Rabat, brings together professional chefs and apprentice cooks for a day of sharing and skill enhancement.

For the young people of Maison Bonheur, this day is a valuable opportunity to engage with advanced culinary techniques, broaden their horizons, and be inspired by the expertise of the attending chefs. Their participation in this prestigious event is not only a source of motivation but also a recognition of their potential in the culinary world.

Culinary Solidarity

The Culinary Solidarity initiative of the association aims to support families in need by bringing them together around cooking. Our young chefs in training, accompanied by professional chefs, visit individuals in need to organize solidarity cooking sessions. During our intervention for families affected by the earthquake in Morocco in 2023, this initiative enabled us to prepare nutritious meals while providing comfort and a sense of community.

This enriching experience offers participants the opportunity to develop their culinary skills while forging connections with the families they serve. 'Cuisine en Solidarité' embodies our commitment to mutual support and sharing, where cooking becomes a true vehicle for solidarity and resilience.
